„Alexine“<\/strong> und „Seigneurie“ sind Anjou Blanc.<\/p>\n

Farbe: <\/span><\/strong>Sauber, hell und freundlich. Blassgelbe Farbe mit gr\u00e4ulichen Reflexen. Sehr angenehm zu sehen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nase: <\/span> <\/strong>Die Nase ist ein Spektakel von Zitrusaromen, das die Schale von Zitrone, Limette und Grapefruit hervorhebt. Und mit mehr Subtilit\u00e4t, aber nicht weniger intensiv, Steinfrucht und blumige Ankl\u00e4nge. Dies alles zusammen ergibt ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Bewerbungsschreiben.<\/span><\/p>\n

TASTE<\/strong>: <\/span>Im Mund ist er vielf\u00e4ltig und bodenst\u00e4ndig. Herrlich frisch und tief mineralisch, harmonisiert mit einer wunderbaren Textur, die von einer S\u00e4ure durchbrochen wird, die den Chenin Blancs aus dem Elsass w\u00fcrdig ist. \n„La Seigneurie“<\/strong> ist eine Cuv\u00e9e, die aus einer leicht \u00fcberreifen Traubenlese hervorgeht. Vinifiziert und 9 Monate lang in franz\u00f6sischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern mit einem Fassungsverm\u00f6gen von 400 Litern gereift.
\nGro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger Wein mit gutem Alterungspotenzial.
\nPerfekt als Aperitif sowie in der Gastronomie.<\/p>\n
