Today, the vineyard covers 6 hectares, located solely in the commune of Vesdun in the Cher department. On my wine labels, I wanted to bear witness to the commune's rich winegrowing past. The pencil lines represent one of Vesdun's illustrious wine cellars, dating from the late 19th century and now transformed into the town hall. These beautiful buildings encouraged me to commit myself to creating a Domaine, reviving viticulture and revealing the secrets of this land.   Seen from the air, photographs over time showed that the landscape had been gradually closing in since the early 50s. Back on firm ground, eyes were drawn to the vines buried in the undergrowth. A lot of information about the secret of the place, the link between the men and the land had disappeared. The ties that bound the winegrower, the land, the vine and his social environment had weakened, not to say disintegrated. A state of natural disorder that characterizes the physical quantity defined above: entropy. So it took a lot of energy to restore the landscape and imagine how to revive a vineyard 100 years after its heyday."}
