Second sorting in the Chenin to harvest golden grapes. Ageing is done in 400-litre barrels on fine lees for 8 to 9 months. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Clear golden colour. Complex nose of flowers and citrus. Lively and fruity on the palate, carried by an elegant woodiness. The Am\u00e9lie owes its name to the first frigate on which the ship’s mate Abel Aubert Du Petit Thouars embarked (see The Estate).<\/em><\/i> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This harmonious wine can be served as an aperitif from 12\u00b0, it goes very well with white meats such as a veal cutlet with cream and small white mushrooms and it goes very well with goat’s cheeses from the region.
