The grapes are subjected to a slow and delicate pressing before cold settling in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine begins to ferment with indigenous yeasts. Denis Meunier Insolite Vouvray is an excellent white wine from the Loire, France. Made from Chenin Blanc, it has a golden straw yellow colour. Ideal with fish, shellfish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
