Colour: Golden yellow colour.
\nNose: Notes of citrus and dried fruit.
\nPalate: A powerful mineral expression, with a light and well-balanced tension.<\/p>\n

Vinification: Slow pressing at low pressure, followed by static settling. Fermentation is then triggered by natural yeasts, at a temperature between 15 and 17 \u00b0C. The wine is then racked and aged on fine lees. <\/p>\n

Domaine Meunier Denis, a symbol of a winemaking tradition passed down from generation to generation since 1921, embodies excellence and passion in every bottle. Located in the heart of the communes of Chan\u00e7ay and Vernou-sur-Brenne, this 15.5-hectare vineyard produces wines of exceptional quality, the result of traditional know-how and a deep attachment to the land. <\/p>\n

The family estate has obtained the High Environmental Value (HVE) certification and the “Independent Winegrower of France” certification.<\/p>\n

The “Insolite” cuv\u00e9e, both complex and fruity, is the winemaker’s favourite. Produced according to the traditional method, its sparse bubbles and its expressive nose of ripe grapes make Insolite a wine of impeccable finesse when tasted. Aged in cellars for a minimum of 36 months, it will be ideal to accompany your sweet or savory aperitifs. Serve chilled: 7\u00b0C. <\/a><\/p>\n

It is pressed slowly, at low pressure, stabilized at cold, and then undergoes a long alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
