This cuv\u00e9e is made from a single plot of old Melon de Bourgogne or Melon Blanc vines. Its terroir is characterized by :<\/p>\n

  3. – A west-facing hillsideThese are all assets that will guarantee the Petit Panloup cuv\u00e9e its finesse, its substance, its balance and its ageing potential.
    \nThe precisely controlled harvesting machine allows the ripe berries to be harvested in a short time. Direct
    \npressing, settling for 12 to 18 hours and filtering the lees make it possible to extract the substance of this wine and to refine it.
    \nAlcoholic fermentation at 16-20 \u00b0C reveals the wine with its complexity of aromas from the grape berry which vary according to the vintage.
    \nThe ageing of one year on lees contributes to the development of its roundness and its ageing potential of at least 5 years. With age, it gains tertiary aromas that enrich its aromatic palette and reinforce its personality.
    \nThe quality of Cuv\u00e9e Petit Panloup is recognized by connoisseurs of refined dry white wines.

    Jean-Luc Viaud represents the 4th generation of winegrowers in his family. He has inherited from his predecessors a passion for his profession that he shares with his wife, Bernadette, an oenologist. They are committed to developing biodiversity on the farm, with an abundance of flora and fauna. The estate is the birthplace of the Melon rouge grape variety. It is also contributing to the renaissance of the Berligou grape variety. You can discover a wide range of products.
