This is the name of the house on the estate and the limestone from which it is made. A blend of 90% Chenin and 10% Chardonnay, macerated overnight for richness and body, long fermentation and matured for 12 months in 400-litre barrels from the Mervent-Vouvant forest. Quince paste on the nose, rich and full on the palate with notes of acacia honey. Be careful, the 2021 vintage has only been pre-filtered, it may present a slight veil that does not hinder the tasting in any way, but shows all the intrinsic richness of this wine.
\nWhite wine made from plot selection, composed of a blend of Fiefs Vend\u00e9ens type with 90% Chenin and 10% Chardonnay. This cuv\u00e9e, with its long maceration and fermentation, is finalized to give it its full character by maturing in 400-liter barrels for a year.
