La Parisienne est un ros\u00e9 unique en son genre, c’est un demi-sec qui ne ressemble \u00e0 aucun autre ros\u00e9. Osez sortir des sentiers battus avec la Parisienne. Au nez vous pourrez lui trouver des ar\u00f4mes de fraises des bois et de fruits rouges confitur\u00e9s. En bouche, ce ros\u00e9 est structur\u00e9 et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, rond et suave.
\nRos\u00e9 divinement doux, aux notes acidul\u00e9es de fraise des bois, la Parisienne est un vin atypique faisant partie int\u00e9grante de notre histoire. Et pour cause, \u00e0 ce jour, nous sommes les seuls \u00e0 cultiver son c\u00e9page si myst\u00e9rieux. Pr\u00e9sents sur les terres ridelloises au d\u00e9but du XXe si\u00e8cle, ce dernier a presque totalement disparu du terroir avant une mission de sauvetage dans les ann\u00e9es 90.

Today we own around 1.5 <\/span>hectares of Parisienne.<\/span><\/span> The grape variety expresses itself on clay flint soils which give it a slight acidity. However, the cuv\u00e9es remain balanced thanks to the concentration of sugar provided by its small grape balls.
\nAfter harvesting by hand, the <\/span>The grapes<\/span><\/span> are pressed directly and then matured in old oak barrels.
\nThe micro-oxygenation carried out during this ageing process extracts all the complexity of its aromas.
\nA wine for laying down par excellence,<\/span> la Parisienne<\/span><\/span> is characterised by its liveliness on the palate and its originality. Indeed, its atypical and complex aromatic palette often leads tasters to confuse it with a sweet white. The dominant notes are candied wild strawberry, followed by the tangy notes of <\/span>candy.<\/span> The palate is structured, balanced and suave.
