\nBreeding <\/b>
\nA slight settling, then fermentation at low temperature made it possible to refine the structure to make the most of the qualitative and aromatic potential.
\nThe short ageing has been adapted to the early release of this type of fresh and flattering wine with bottling at the end of January 2022.

\nWine tasting <\/b>
\nThe colour<\/b> is beautiful, luminous and very attractive, a superb pomelo colour with lively salmon highlights.
\nOn the nose,<\/b> the first impression is of springtime scents of red berries (strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, etc.) and blue flowers (iris, violet), before notes of pink grapefruit quickly take over with deliciousness and power!
\nThe palate<\/b> is light, fine, elegant and very airy… On the palate, we find the sensations and aromas of pink grapefruit with a hint of acidity and, above all, a great deal of freshness.

Domaine de Nerleux is a family estate in the Loire Valley. The Nerleux, \u201cBlack Wolves\u201d in old French, have long since given way to the vine and it is Am\u00e9lie Neau, 9th generation of winegrowers who has been at the head since 2010.
\nThe latest generation is represented by Am\u00e9lie Neau who, in 2010, after ten years of professional experience in the banking sector, answered the call of the land, her land. After training in viticulture and winemaking, she joined her parents, Elisabeth and R\u00e9gis, on the estate.
