\nP’tit Berton is the nickname given by our grandmother to the Cabernet Franc called \u201cBreton\u201d in our region. This unpretentious, light and easy-to-drink cuv\u00e9e goes well with everything, and especially with grandma H\u00e9l\u00e8ne’s Sunday lunchtime roast chicken.
\nElegance and discretion characterize this confidential cuv\u00e9e. The nose, typical of Cabernet Franc, opens with red fruit, jam and the inevitable notes of pepper. The palate is on a par with this, with a pleasant roundness and smooth tannins.<\/p>\n
