Red wine<\/strong> : with aromas of sour cherries and forest fruits Vintage: 2022
\nRegion: Loire
\nValley Alcohol content: 13% Vol
\nGrape varieties: 80% Pinot Noir, and 20% Gamay
\nAgeing potential: 5 years
\nTo be enjoyed: 14 to 16 \u00b0C
\nFood and wine pairing: Aperitif, charcuterie, lentil salted pork, truffade, lamb shoulder, roast pork and cheeses.
\nVinification<\/strong> : The juice is vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats with cold maceration.
\nAlcoholic fermentation takes place naturally by \u201cindigenous yeasts\u201d for 15 days with temperature control from 14\u00b0 to 25\u00b0C, followed by complete malolactic fermentation. Aged in temperature-controlled vats.
\nTasting notes<\/strong>: dark ruby color with purplish highlights. Its colour is bright and clear.
\nOn the nose, it is dominated by aromas of red fruits.
\nIts youth will bring a beautiful freshness.
\nLeaving notes of strawberries, cherries and redcurrants to take for notes of leather.
\nThe attack on the palate is frank with fine and silky tannins that bring power and amplitude.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our AOC Cheverny Rouge<\/em> is a light, fruity wine with aromas of morello cherries and wild berries. It is made up of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay.
\nA little history…
\n<\/strong>Established in the Middle Ages around the abbeys, the vineyard aroused the interest of the kings of France in the sixteenth century.
\nIn 1577, the parliament of Paris promulgated a law prohibiting Parisians from buying wines produced within twenty leagues (88 km) of the capital. To meet its demand, the extension of plantations was initially carried out around Orl\u00e9ans, then increasingly downstream, towards Blois and Tours.
