Description:<\/b> Pinot Beurot is the old name for Pinot gris in Burgundy because of the grey colour of the grape resembling monks’ bure, hence the name Beurot.

\nGrape:<\/strong> variety Pinot Gris
\nWinemaking: <\/strong>Pressed directly, the grape juice is put into barrels in the cellar where it will remain for 11 months, the time of alcoholic fermentation, then malolactic.
\nStirring every week, ageing without added sulphur.
\nBarrels of 2 wines so as not to influence the aromatics of this grape variety.
\nBottled in September, 1 year after its harvest with a very small dose of sulphur for its preservation.
\nTasting notes: Powerful, aromatic and full-bodied.<\/strong>
