TASTING<\/p>\n

Our Anjou Blanc “Cuv\u00e9e Alexine” is made from hand-picked Chenin grapes. It reveals lovely notes of white fruit. This is a subtle, elegant wine to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or with a meal. Its well-balanced palate already shows a fine maturity and expresses citrus aromas through a mineral texture.<\/p>\n

TERROIR<\/p>\n

  • – Les Champs Horreau”, Sousign\u00e9 village,<\/li>\n
  • – Soil and subsoil: talc schists, phtanites and clay subsoil<\/li>\n
  • – grape variety : 100% Chenin<\/li>\n
  • – Age of the vineyard 20 to 35 years.harvestThe grapes were picked by hand on 9 September 2022.\n

    Winemaking<\/p>\n

    This cuv\u00e9e is vinified exclusively from the Chenin grape variety.
    \nHarvested manually, the bunches are selected and then carefully pressed.
    \nThe slightly settled must then ferments in stainless steel vats at 18\u00b0C. After maturing on fine lees, the wine was bottled at the estate on 13 April 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

    La Seigneurie” is a cuv\u00e9e made from slightly over-ripe grapes. Vinified and aged in 400-litre French oak barrels for 9 months.
    \nAmple and generous wine with a good ageing potential.
    \nPerfect as an aperitif as well as in gastronomy.<\/p>\n
