The \u201cTradition\u201d cuv\u00e9e is a blend of all our plots located on the left bank of the Cher evolving on a sandy clay soil. <\/span><\/span>Mineral wine par excellence, perfect for all raw shellfish.

The estate consists of :<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/span>9 hectares of Sauvignon
\n<\/span><\/span>1 hectare of Pinot noir and Pinot gris
\n<\/span><\/span>1 hectare of Genouillet.
\n<\/span><\/span>The estate works the vineyard in a spirit and approach of the greatest respect for nature.
\n<\/span><\/span>The estate offers a vintage in Sauvignon:
\n<\/span><\/span>The \u201cTradition\u201d vintage is a blend of all of our plots located on the left and right banks of the Cher, growing on clay-sandy soil, which gives a slightly more present minerality in our white wine. <\/span><\/span>There is also a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, and a ros\u00e9 wine made from Pinot Gris grapes. These two wines are classified as “vin de pays des coteaux du Cher et de l’Arnon”.
