The Pain B\u00e9ni cuv\u00e9e is distinguished by its Chenin<\/strong> de Touraine Azay-le-Rideau<\/strong> with intense golden relfets. The nose expresses freshness accompanied by aromas of white flowers<\/strong> and dried fruits. On the palate freshness still dominates, with roundness occupying the taste buds. The finish is long on fruit. A “dry\/tender” cuv\u00e9e, with some residual sugars and ageing in foudre.
\nOn the Pain B\u00e9ni plots, the harvest is done manually and several sorting are carried out to select the most beautiful berries. The wine spends 9 months in 30-year-old barrels.
\nThe Blessed Bread is a simple and round white, fruity on the palate. It’s a treat for the taste buds. It brings together a large number of enthusiasts with its sweet notes of honey.<\/p>\n

The estate’s flagship cuv\u00e9e, the Pain B\u00e9ni<\/strong> comes from the plot of the same name, renowned for being easy to work with as well as for having a qualitative and well-exposed soil.
\nResulting from the 2nd sorting of the harvest and then aged in 40-year-old oak barrels, this cuv\u00e9e is characterized by its roundness and aromatic notes of white flowers and dried fruits.<\/p>\n
