\nwine \u201c\u201d AOC Cheverny Blanc \u201c\u201d is a dry, round and supple wine made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. With citrus notes, it has a beautiful length on the finish.
You can enjoy it as an aperitif, with fish, white meat, with goat’s cheese or use it for exotic cuisine. <\/span>A blend of Sauvignon and Chardonnay, these grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally, totally or partially depending on the vintage.
\nFood & wine pairing.
\n<\/span><\/strong> This very expressive white wine is the ideal companion for seafood and fish. It is also very pleasant as an aperitif.

An estate in the heart of the Loire Valley<\/strong>.
\n<\/span> The Daridan estate is located in Cour Cheverny, between the Loire and Sologne, close to the Ch\u00e2teaux of Cheverny and Chambord. Our 21-hectare estate is managed using sustainable viticulture methods.
\nWe take great care with our vines, respecting the soil, the plant and the environment to develop the character of our wines and preserve the authenticity and character of our terroirs
\nOn a clay-silica and limestone terroir, we work our wines using modern equipment combined with traditional vinification methods.
\nOur wines are made from grapes grown in our own vineyards, and we produce AOC Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny wines, as well as wines from France.
\nThe special feature of the estate is our 4.5 hectare parcel, 50 years old and planted with a rare grape variety unique in the world, Romorantin, which was introduced by Fran\u00e7ois 1st. Its subtle flavours with a captivating aromatic palette offer a very beautiful expression of our terroir.
\nThe estate is located in the commune of Cour-Cheverny, at the gateway to the Sologne between Cheverny and Chambord.
