Jasni\u00e8res<\/strong> dry white wine, 100% Chenin produced in the commune of Lhomme in TERRA VITIS.
\nThe Jasni\u00e8res Origine 2022 cuv\u00e9e is an aromatic wine (white flowers, white-fleshed fruits and minerality) with a beautiful roundness in the mouth.
\nPerfect for white meats, fish, cheeses. Perfect with a dish of scallops, balsamic vinegar sauce and leek fondue. This wine was awarded a Silver Medal at the Concours G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Agricole in 2023. Domaine de C\u00e9zin – Mar\u00e7on – Amandine and Xavier Fresneau

Created in 1937, this is one of the oldest appellations. This is the prestigious Coteaux du Loir appellation.<\/span>
Planted on south-facing slopes, the vines are deeply rooted in “tuffeau”, a soft chalk that decomposes into flinty clay. This soil becomes stony and difficult to work. The 128-hectare hillside is located in just 2 communes, Lhomme and Ruill\u00e9\/Loir, where the oceanic climate has its influence.<\/span>
Chenin is the only grape variety used to make Jasni\u00e8res. It is also the grape variety of the great white wines of the Loire Valley.<\/span>
