TASTING<\/p>\n

Our white Cr\u00e9mant de Loire is made from Chardonnay, Chenin and Cabernet Franc grapes, with a fine, floral nose.
\nOn the palate, it is well-balanced, lively and crisp, and finishes with a lovely sensation of freshness!
\nAn elegant bottle to accompany an entire meal, from aperitif to dessert.<\/p>\n

TERROIR<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • – Les Champs Horreau” and “Les Ruaux” Sousign\u00e9 village<\/li>\n
  • – Soil and subsoil: gravelly clay, clay subsoil with white clay<\/li>\n
  • – Grape varieties: Chardonnay 80%, Chenin 10%, Cabernet Franc 10%.
    \nHARVEST
    \n<\/strong>Harvested by hand in 15 kg crates. Selection of perfectly ripe bunches.
    \nVINIFICATION The crates are poured into a pneumatic press for a long, delicate pressing.<\/strong> The wine is then made using the traditional method, with a first fermentation in the spring, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle before disgorging.     A brilliant, crystal-clear pale yellow color with golden reflections forms an attractive string of fine, persistent bubbles. The delicate, attractive nose combines citrus and honey aromas with hints of dried and roasted fruits. A lively attack on the palate offers suppleness, intensity and a well-balanced freshness, as well as floral and fruity (lemon) aromas that persist in an airy, fairly long finish.
