This certified organic white pays homage to the hundred-year-old cedar that sits in the center of the estate’s courtyard and has protected us for more than 150 years.
\nIt is a typical blend of the AOC Fiefs Vend\u00e9ens with 80% Chenin and 20% Chardonnay.<\/p>\n

Organic farming, the ros\u00e9s represent 50% of the total annual production, the reds 30% and the whites 20%.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the whites, certified organic since 2019, the majority of the Chenin is blended with Chardonnay.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pinot Noir represents a third of the total grape varieties and half of the blend for the reds, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon (40%) and N\u00e9grette 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n
