The Pissotte Ros\u00e9 de la Cuv\u00e9e Origine is a wine with lovely notes of fresh fruit such as raspberries<\/strong> and wild strawberries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

VARIETY :
\n<\/strong>80% Gamay and 20% Cabernet franc
\nJORDTYPE :
\n<\/strong>Kiselholdigt ler, skiferbund.
\nVINEYARD WORK :
\n<\/strong>Total grassing, light hoeing if necessary. Double Guyot pruning.
\nVINIFICATION :
\n<\/strong>Direct pressing, cold settling.
\nLEVAGE :
\n<\/strong>3 months on fine lees.<\/p>\n

This fresh, light wine<\/strong> is a perfect companion throughout the meal, from aperitif to dessert.<\/p>\n

The clay-silica soil on red schist allows the grape varieties to retain their fruitiness and freshness, much to the delight of our palates.<\/p>\n

And for those who are curious, the story goes that “L’Arbre aux f\u00e9es” is a cedar tree that has stood in the courtyard of Domaine Coirier for 150 years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Organic farming, the ros\u00e9s represent 50% of the total annual production, the reds 30% and the whites 20%.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the whites, certified organic since 2019, the majority of the Chenin is blended with Chardonnay.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pinot Noir represents a third of the total grape varieties and half of the blend for the reds, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon (40%) and N\u00e9grette 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n
