  1. Scope — Clientele concerned

These T apply to any order placed on the Site by a Customer, whether a natural or legal person. The sale is exclusively reserved for consumers of legal age — the Customer must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, the Client declares that he fulfils this condition.

  1. Products — Description — Availability

The products offered are Loire wines. Offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of the unavailability of an ordered product, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and refunded.

  1. Price — Payment

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Delivery costs are specified before the order is validated. Payment is due at the time of order.

  1. Order — Validation — Confirmation

Any order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase confirmed by payment. Validation of an order implies full acceptance of these T

The wines are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The risks are transferred to the Client as soon as the products are handed over to the carrier.

  1. Right of withdrawal and return/refund

The right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the legislation in force. In the event of impossibility of delivery, the Client will be refunded.

  1. Age verification — Public Health

The sale of alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited. The Customer confirms that he or she is at least 18 years of age at the time of ordering.

  1. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected and may not be reproduced without authorization.

  1. Personal data — GDPR

The personal data collected is used only for the processing of orders. The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete data.

  1. Liability — Warranty

The Seller guarantees the conformity of the products. It cannot be held liable in the event of misuse or negligence on the part of the Customer.

  1. Applicable law – Disputes

These T are subject to French law. Any dispute may be submitted to the competent courts.
