PRESENTATION
Nestled on the slopes of the Indre Valley, in the village of Cheillé, we are busy producing wine on the lands of Azay-Le-Rideau. We are Vincent and Pierre, two winegrower brothers who are passionate about our profession but also about our terroir steeped in history.
Since 2015, we have been producing white, red, rosé and sparkling wines in AOC Touraine and AOC Touraine Azay-le-Rideau on a 12-hectare vineyard. Concerned about preserving our environment and enhancing our terroir, we make wines from organic farming from our local grape varieties such as Grolleau de Cinq Mars, Parisienne, Chenin or Cabernet.

Description
The vintage that breaks the rules. Usually vinified as a rosé or blended with other varieties of red grapes, our native grape variety, Grolleau, is vinified here as a single-varietal red vintage.
Atypical, the Bad-Grolleau is an easy-to-drink and slightly peppery wine that lends itself particularly well to evenings to share with friends on the way back from fishing, with the family during a convivial lunch.
Fresh and Cabernet-like wine with vegetal notes
