Description

Made from Chenin, these vines planted on clay-limestone soil find one of the best expressions of the terroir. Fruity and dry, this wine is to be consumed with grilled fish or shellfish, as well as with charcuterie or fish in sauce. Serve chilled between 8 and 12°C. This wine will seduce you, Beautiful balance in the mouth. This Chenin with a light yellow colour reveals a rather complex nose with a dominance of ripe fruit, pears and peaches.
The palate, both fresh and tender, leaves a long finish with notes of white flowers and stone.
