Our Coteaux du Layon “Grand Clos” is made from hand-picked bunches of golden Chenin grapes that have been raisined. With its fruity and floral aromas… pineapple, acacia, apricot… our wine has a perfect balance between minerality and sweetness. Its fresh, elegant palate means you can enjoy it as an aperitif, with a meal or as a dessert.

COLLECTION
The manual harvest was carried out in September 2018 with our team of around twenty people.
Winemaking
Transported in small bins, the bunches arrive intact at the cellar to be poured into a pneumatic press. A long (around 10 hours) and delicate pressing process begins. This is followed by static settling, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and ageing in oak barrels for a year. It was then bottled
