Cheverny wine is a white wine produced in the Loire Valley region of France, by Domaine Benoit Daridan. This 2022 vintage comes from the Cheverny appellation.Very expressive, it will be the ideal companion for your seafood and fish. It is also very pleasant as an aperitif. Description
Dry, round and supple white wine with citrus notes with a good length on the finish

Valley Alcohol content: 13% Vol
Grape varieties : 80% Sauvignon Blanc 20% Chardonnay
Ageing potential: 4 – 5 years
To be tasted: 8 °C
Vinification : The grapes are pressed.
The juices are then settled and placed in a thermo-regulated stainless steel tank.
Alcoholic fermentation is naturally initiated by indigenous yeasts for 15 days, with temperature control of 14 to 18°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally at 50%.
Ageing in thermo-regulated vats.
Tasting : Its golden yellow colour with deep green reflections is clear and brilliant.
The nose is very fresh with notes of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and white-fleshed fruits.
The palate is lively, round, with a present and well-balanced substance. A wine with freshness and minerality, elegant and fine.
Food and wine pairing: Aperitif, fish with beurre blanc sauce, chicken curry, stuffed cabbage, lasagna, goat’s cheese, asparagus in sauces, oysters and shellfish.
