Description
This Chenin Blanc is made using the traditional method and comes from clay-limestone soils located in Vernou-sur-Brenne and Chancay. The grapes are subjected to a slow and delicate pressing before cold settling in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine begins to ferment with indigenous yeasts. After ageing for about 4 months in stainless steel vats, the wine spends at least 30 months on lees.
