Dry, round and supple white wine with citrus notes with a good length on the finish

Grape varieties : 80% Sauvignon Blanc 20% Chardonnay
Ageing potential: 4 – 5 years

Winemaking: The grapes are pressed.
The juices are then settled and placed in a thermo-regulated stainless steel tank.
Alcoholic fermentation is naturally initiated by indigenous yeasts for 15 days, with temperature control of 14 to 18°C. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally at 50%.
Aged in temperature-controlled vats.
Tasting: Its golden yellow colour with deep green reflections is clear and brilliant.
The nose is very fresh with notes of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and white-fleshed fruits.
The palate is lively, round, with a present and well-balanced substance. A wine of freshness and minerality, elegant and fine.
Food pairing: Aperitif, fish in beurre blanc sauce, chicken curry, stuffed cabbage, lasagne, goat’s cheese, asparagus in sauce, oysters and shellfish.
