Description

FLEURS DE GRANIT – PGI Grape variety –
 Viognier
Terroir – Slope of Bouthéran, facing east on a bed of granite.
Vinification – Gentle, long direct pressing to release clear juice, cold clarification and low-temperature fermentation.
Tasting notes – The nose reveals notes of white flowers, apricot and vine peach. On the palate, the fresh attack develops into a fleshy mid-palate. The finish is rather mineral, awakening the aromas found on the nose.
Food & wine – Ideal as an aperitif or with fish or seafood dishes. It can also be served with desserts or goat’s cheese.
