Domaine Dutertre is a family-run wine estate that passes on its passion for “good living”. Combining terroir, tradition and expertise, the wines produced from our 37-hectare vineyard facing south on the Loire have often won awards. Our farm is located in a small village on the banks of the Loire. Winegrowers for 5 generations, we have built up a museum open to the public, bringing together objects used in vineyard work and winemaking.

Description
Excellent chenin with a hint of sweetness, perfect for an aperitif with friends. The pale yellow colour with golden highlights opens up to an intense, attractive nose that combines the scents of honeyed flowers (lime blossom, acacia) with those of ripe fruit (peach, quince) and is enriched by notes of exotic fruit (mango, lychee). Soft and supple on the palate, the wine is fleshy, full-bodied and rich, with a fine balance of freshness and a wealth of aromas (citrus fruit, peach, flowers, brioche) that linger in a long, delicious finish. A very fine Touraine Amboise demi-sec.
BLANC Les Ménates: Fabriqué à partir de chenin ou de pineau de Loire ; 2 termes pour le même raisin.
Native to flinty clay soils. The Ménates plots are exposed on the first slopes facing south towards the Loire, guaranteeing optimal ripeness of the grapes.
Serve chilled at 6-8°C. A very fruity wine, long on the palate, supple, round and subtle. It can age very well.
Food and wine pairing :
We recommend it as a vin d’honneur, with cheese, fish in sauce, in the afternoon. Perfect for aperitifs, poultry cooked with grapes, fruit desserts, plum pâté, etc.
