It is nestled on the slopes of the Indre valley, in the village of Cheillé, that we produce wine on the land of Azay-Le-Rideau.
We are Vincent and Pierre, two brothers who work together to safeguard our history and our family estate.
We cultivate 12 hectares of vines in organic farming (2024 certification) and produce white, red, rosé and sparkling wines in AOC Touraine and AOC Touraine Azay-le-Rideau. Our wines are made from local grape varieties — Grolleau de Cinq-Mars, Parisienne, Chenin, Cabernet — worked in a constant search for accuracy and balance.

Issue de la 1ère trie de vendange de Chenin, cette cuvée se caractérise par sa fraicheur intense qui vient éveiller les papilles.
Vif et fruité, elle possède un bouquet intense d’arômes de fleurs et de fruits confits.

Grapes harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing on lees in the bottle.

TASTING
A deep colour with brilliant reflections. An intense and expressive nose with floral, dried and candied fruit notes. Lively and fruity with a nice grip on the palate. A wine that awakens the taste buds.
