Winemaking
The entire harvest is sorted on a table in the winery, then destemmed to ensure that only the ripest grapes are used. Maceration lasts 21 to 30 days.
Breeding
the wine is aged in barrel for around 1 year, and the barrels are tasted one by one to select only the best wines.
Tasting
Dark ruby in color, black fruit aromas dominate, with hints of spice and vanilla. The attack is full-bodied and fleshy, supported by a strong tannic structure. Wait 2 to 3 years for greater harmony.
