Long and delicate pressing followed by meticulous settling at controlled temperatures of 12 to 15°C.

Breeding
Ageing on fine lees in vats, then filtration with bottling at the end of March 2025.
Serving: 10 – 12°C
This wine is perfect for quick consumption… but will also evolve very well over a few years
Tasting
The colour is a very pretty canary yellow.
The nose expresses notes of white fruits, citrus fruits and
flowers.
The palate is round, velvety but also very fresh.
