Description
Made from Chenin grapes, these vines planted in clay-limestone soil are one of the best expressions of the terroir. Fruity and dry, this wine is best served with grilled fish or shellfish, as well as cold meats or fish in sauce. Serve chilled between 8 and 12°C. This light yellow Chenin has a fairly complex nose, dominated by ripe fruit, pears and peaches.
Fresh and tender on the palate, with a long finish of white flowers and stone.
