we produce red Côtes d’Auvergne-Châteaugay: “Bousset d’Or”, “Vieilles Vignes” and “Fût de Chêne” from Gamay expressing lava through spicy notes, Côtes d’Auvergne white, Chardonnay and rosé, Gamay as well as a Traditional Method Brut rosé.
