The first cellars were dug in the moat of the former Château de Putille, which no longer exists. Situated on the slopes of the Loire, the farm, which covered 13 ha when Pascal Delaunay joined his father in 1984, now has 62 ha. Its reputation has also grown, as witnessed by several “Coup de Coeur” awards in the Guide, in red, white and crémant.

 

Ideal with scallops, in a citrus salad or warm in the shell.

Description

Made from Chardonnay grapes, this fruity wine goes well with starters and white meats. Best drunk within 2 years. Serve at 5/6 °C. It combines elegance and character, with a unique bouquet of light muscat fruit.

Perfect as an aperitif or starter, a full-bodied white wine with a supple mouthfeel.

Food & wine pairing: Aperitif / gourmet salad / avocado salad / smoked fish assortments
