Description
The Pinot Noir grape variety produces a wine that is full of finesse, bouquet and generosity, with a nose of red fruit.
It is a very delicate wine, combining charm, body and texture. A fresh, fruity wine. It has lovely notes of fruit and kirsch.

A beautiful, luminous, light black colour.
NOSE:
Expresses himself with finesse. Various notes of red fruits supported by good quality woody notes.
MOUTH:
Fresh and fruity, with lively, subtle tannins.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
A perfect accompaniment to roast poultry. Rabbit with mushrooms, coq au vin, oeufs en meurette.
