Vinification: The grapes are pressed.
The juices are then cold settled and placed in a thermoregulated stainless steel tank.
Alcoholic fermentation is initiated naturally by indigenous yeasts at 14° C for 20 days. Depending on the vintage, malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in part or in full. Aged in barrels for 2 months

Tasting notes: A limpid, brilliant wine with a pale yellow color, the bouquet gives off hints of gunflint, then develops jammy notes such as quince paste.
The attack on the palate is clean, revealing a fine balance between smoothness and finesse.
