CRÉMANT DE LOIRE BLANC “LA FOLIE DES LOUPS” DOMAINE DE NERLEUX
13,50 € incl. VAT
Domaine de Nerleux is a family estate in the Loire Valley. The Nerleux, or “Black Wolves” in old French, have long since given way to vines, and Amélie Neau, the 9th generation of winemakers, has been at the helm since 2010.
The latest generation is represented by Amélie Neau who, in 2010, after ten years’ professional experience in the banking sector, answered the call of the land, her land. After training in viticulture and winemaking, she joined her parents, Elisabeth and Régis, on the estate. The handover was short-lived and Amélie quickly took over from her parents, who are now enjoying a well-deserved retirement.

Description
This cuvée of fine bubbles will seduce you with its aromatic freshness and gustatory tone! The fine bubbles rise in the glass and carry with them all the aromatic freshness of the Chardonnay and Chenin grape varieties: white fruits (apples, pears, etc.), citrus fruits (lemons, grapefruit), flowers (lime blossom, acacia, etc.) and dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, etc.). The palate, like a brioche that is still warm, is crispy by its aromas, and fresh by its gustatory tone.
A word from the winemaker, Amélie Neau: Pale yellow crémant with golden reflections animated by very fine bubbles. The nose combines red fruit and woody aromas. Harmonious, well-balanced and long on the palate, with a freshness that is characteristic of the appellation.
