Today we own around 1.5 hectares of Parisienne. This grape variety thrives on flinty clay soils, which give it a slight acidity. However, the vintages remain well-balanced thanks to the concentration of sugar provided by the small balls of grapes.
After harvesting by hand, the The grapes are pressed directly and then matured in old oak barrels.
The micro-oxygenation carried out during this ageing process extracts all the complexity of its aromas.
A wine for laying down par excellence, la Parisienne is characterised by its liveliness on the palate and its originality. Indeed, its atypical and complex aromatic palette often leads tasters to confuse it with a sweet white. The dominant notes are candied wild strawberry, followed by the tangy notes of candy. The palate is structured, balanced and suave.
A single varietal wine known here at Domaine Badiller as “la parisienne”, the old grape variety of grandfather Badiller, recently revived by his grandson.

La Parisienne is a unique rosé, a demi-sec that is unlike any other rosé. Dare to get off the beaten track with La Parisienne. On the nose, you’ll find aromas of wild strawberries and jammy red fruit. On the palate, this rosé is structured and balanced, round and smooth.
A divinely sweet rosé with tangy notes of wild strawberry, La Parisienne is an atypical wine that is an integral part of our history. And with good reason: to this day, we are the only ones to grow this mysterious grape variety. Present on the ridelloises lands at the beginning of the XXth century, this last one almost completely disappeared from the soil before a mission of rescue in the 90s.
