The estate consists of :
9 hectares of Sauvignon
1 hectare of Pinot noir and Pinot gris
1 hectare of Genouillet.
The estate works the vineyard in a spirit and approach of the greatest respect for nature.
The estate offers a vintage in Sauvignon:
The “Tradition” vintage is a blend of all of our plots located on the left and right banks of the Cher, growing on clay-sandy soil, which gives a slightly more present minerality in our white wine. There is also a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, and a rosé wine made from Pinot Gris grapes. These two wines are classified as “vin de pays des coteaux du Cher et de l’Arnon”.
A new addition is “Intemporel”, a wine made from a plantation of Genouillet, a rare and ancient grape variety from Berry.
