Long pressing and light settling to extract the grapes’ full aromatic potential. Fermented and aged in vats for 18 months.
Light yellow color. Expressive, intense, fresh nose. Aromas of cooked white fruit and citrus (citron, grapefruit). Slight aniseed notes. Full-bodied, generous attack on the palate, precisely balanced, combining smoothness and minerality. The finish is invigorating and persistent.
