Method: This dry rosé, produced from a single grape variety, reveals its uniqueness on the palate with its spicy notes and freshness on the finish.
Aging potential: Serve at 15-16°C and we recommend drinking within 10 years. Deep salmon colour.
Nose: Aromatic with notes of red fruit
Palate: Spicy and delicate, with a slight liveliness on the palate.

Food & wine pairing: Aperitif, fish and vegetable spread, croque en sel, snail cassolette, fressure and black pudding, rabbit pâté, smoked eel terrine.
