Vinification: The juice is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with cold maceration.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out naturally by “indigenous yeasts” for 15 days, with temperature control from 14° to 25°C, followed by complete malolactic fermentation.
Aged in temperature-controlled vats.

Tasting notes: dark ruby color with purplish highlights. Its color is bright and limpid.
The nose is dominated by red fruit aromas.
Its youthfulness will bring a lovely freshness.

Leaving notes of strawberry, cherry and redcurrant to take on notes of leather.
The attack on the palate is frank, with fine, silky tannins that add power and amplitude.
