    Direct pressing, 12 to 18 hours of settling and filtration of the must extract the wine’s substance and refine it.

    Alcoholic fermentation at 16-20°C reveals the wine’s complex aromas, which vary from vintage to vintage.

    A year’s ageing on lees helps develop the wine’s roundness and ageing potential of at least 5 years. With age, it gains tertiary aromas that enrich its aromatic palette and reinforce its personality.

    The quality of Cuvée Petit Panloup is recognized by connoisseurs of refined dry white wines. This wine goes well with a wide variety of dishes: seafood, especially shellfish. It is particularly well-suited to fish with beurre blanc sauce.
