Pinot Beurot is the former name of Pinot gris in Burgundy, due to the gray color of the grapes, which resemble monks’ habit, hence the name Beurot.

VINIFICATION
Directly pressed, the grape juice is transferred to barrels in the cellar, where it remains for 11 months, the time required for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Batonage every week, aged without added sulfur.
2-wine barrels so as not to influence the aromas of this grape variety.
Bottled in September, 1 year after harvest, with a small dose of sulfur to preserve it.
TASTING
Powerful, aromatic and full-bodied.
Accompanies fish in sauce, poultry.
