THE WORD OF THE WINEMAKER: A very fine white Sancerre, full of depth and elegance. This white Sancerre is a wonderful reflection of the Sauvignon grape variety. This wine comes from magnificent south-facing slopes, which give the grapes sufficient maturity to produce a dry, fruity wine.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested, pneumatically pressed; cold settling. Partly fermented with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing:Aged on fine lees for a minimum of three to four months. Fining and filtration before bottling.
Taste assessment:Pale gold colour. Very aromatic nose (exotic fruit, citrus fruit, etc.). On the palate: a dry, round wine with surprising balance.
Holding and conservation – Storage potential: 4-5 years shelf life
