Winemaking:

Hand-picked (very important for the reds) and sorted by plot. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for at least 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation, punching down and pumping over.

Breeding:

Malolactic fermentation in vats and tuns. Fining and light filtration before bottling and ageing in the cellar before release.

Tasting notes:

Fairly deep ruby red colour. Nose: red fruit (mainly cherry and raspberry). On the palate: a supple, round wine with intense aromatic power

Ageing potential :

Shelf life of 7-8 years

This wine has a violet sheen and an expressive nose of ripe black fruits and morello cherries.
The palate is silky smooth and fresh, with a spicy, saline finish.
