Surface cultivation and stripping to respect and aerate the soil.

Vinification. Pneumatic pressing, natural degrees of 12.9°. Alcoholic fermentation in 4-5 year-old barrels (600 liters).
Aged on fine lees for 10-12 months. Low temperatures in the estate’s underground cellars to preserve primary aromas.
Tasting. Bright, clear, straw-yellow color with golden highlights. Intense nose with floral notes and fruity scents. Straightforward attack, freshness and good acidity. Long, lemony, ripe quince aromas with floral notes of lime blossom.
