Each plot is vinified and matured separately to preserve the authenticity and expression of the terroir. The vineyard now covers 36 hectares of Anjou terroirs and has been certified Organic since the 2016 vintage.

This Anjou “La Cerisaie” is made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the commune of Champ-sur-Layon. The grapes are harvested by hand.
