Light yellow color. Expressive, intense, fresh nose. Aromas of cooked white fruit and citrus (citron, grapefruit). Slight aniseed notes. Full-bodied, generous attack on the palate, precisely balanced, combining smoothness and minerality. The finish is invigorating and persistent.
Wine & food pairing
Aperitif, cooked shellfish, Loire and sea fish in sauce, certain well-ripened cow’s milk cheeses.
